The Singapore Flyer

The Singapore Flyer is the world’s largest Giant Observation Wheel, constructed in 2005–2008, it reaches 42 stories high, with a total height of 165 m(541 ft), making it the tallest Ferris wheel in the world, 30 m (98 ft) taller than the London Eye.

It Features fixed capsules the size of a bus, the spectacular monument is capable of holding up to 784 passengers. Each capsule has a 28 person capacity and each revolution takes approximately 30 minutes.

The Singapore Flyer gives you a breathtaking panoramic view of the Marina Bay waterfront and the historical landmarks views from the Singapore River, Raffles Place, Merlion Park, Empress Place and the city skyline.

Oh Man , What can i say about the Marina Bay Sands ? Wow!!! It’s Simply Awesome.

Marina Bay Sands is an integrated resort fronting Marina Bay in Singapore, Opened on 27 April 2010 and Developed by Las Vegas Sands Corp, based in Nevada, USA.

It is billed as the world’s most expensive standalone casino property at S$8 billion and aiming to make Singapore as the top Southeast Asia’s entertainment destination.

Marina Bay Sands is a union of three luxurious hotels joined together by state of the art beautiful sky terrace, Sands SkyPark.

Marina Bay Sands hotel is comprised of three 55 storey towers, The three towers are connected with a one hectare roof sky park offering 360 degree views of Singapore’s skyline and featuring beautifully sculptured gardens, restaurants and a swimming pool.

Marina Bay Sands 2,561 room hotel, convention & exhibition centre,The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands mall, an iconic ArtScience museum, 2 large theaters, 7 “celebrity chef” restaurants, 2 floating Crystal Pavilions, an ice skating rink, and the world’s largest atrium casino with 500 tables and 1,600 slot machines.

The complex is topped by a 340m-long SkyPark with a capacity of 3,900 people and a 150m infinity swimming pool, set on top of the world’s largest public cantilevered platform, which overhangs the north tower by 67m.

The resort was officially opened with a two-day celebration on 23 June 2010 at 3.18 pm, after a partial opening (which included the casino) on 27 April 2010. The Sky-Park opened a day later on 24 June 2010.
